My first time buying from them, I'm going to stick with my regular butcher. The meat was not the best quality, but it was acceptable. It was not my favorite thing about the meat. The vacuum packaging made it look terrible and the labels only gave the chicken portion and no information about the sauce. I have had better steaks from Tesco, but you do get what you pay. The delivery was quick and the staff were very helpful.

Avoid ALL COSTS, THEY WILL ROB and LIE ABOUT YOUR. In short, we received an unacceptable service when trying to correct multiple mistakes made by LQM staff. They basically took our money and now they are trying to make us feel worse while continuing to offer poor customer service. It's that simple. You can read my complete review on their Facebook page. There you will see how they argued with me and made up lies in an attempt to make the situation seem more justified. You can see that they only want to take the blame from the customer if they leave a negative review. Negative reviews all point out how inept and unresponsive staff were to customers. You can improve your services by learning from it. The company cannot seem to accomplish this.

Amazing deals, great staff. You will face backlash if the person responsible for the social media accounts is questioned. I ordered delivery and was given three different delivery dates within 11 days. Then I was told that I was being passive aggressive, condescending, and patronising. I also received praise from the lqm. I have probably advised 5x more people since the incident to avoid them at all cost.

I placed my first order yesterday, and was informed that delivery would be today. Postie knocked at my door at 10.30 and handed me post and a card left on the doorstep. I missed APC delivery, tried to foning, but APC was too obnoxious to respond to my emails. I sent two messages to LQM and received no reply. I called several times and was hung up on. I was then told that LQM believe the courier and not me. To collect, I would be willing to travel 40 miles round trip from Broxburn. Currently, I am at home and waiting for other deliveries! It can also be re-delivered if it isn't returned to the warehouse by tuesday. CUSTOMER SERVICE ATROCIOUS. EVEN IF IT'S 1ST COMPLAINT. GET IT SOLTED, DISTANCE SELING RULES APPLY. YOURE CONTRACT IS WITHME THE CUSTOMER. I owe them GOIDS, HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY HAVE 100OS of HAPPY CUSTOMERS. So, we are not a loss! THANK YOU HEAVEN FOR CHARFE BACKS FROM BANK
